Our core privacy principle

Foxyapp performs all face-swapping and AI generation locally on your device. We do not receive, view, store, or transmit the source images, videos, faces, or generated outputs you work with — they never leave your computer through Foxyapp. This policy covers only the limited account and billing data we do handle to operate the service.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email, and device ID.
  • Payment and transaction references required to activate your license and purchase credits.
  • Support and complaint tickets you submit through our website.
  • Technical diagnostics and usage metrics needed to operate and improve the software.

What we do not collect

  • The photos, videos, or faces you load into the app.
  • The AI-generated or face-swapped media you produce.
  • Any biometric templates or facial-recognition data derived from your content.
